Making Progress – Charles Snyder Raw #144. Since this is my first “Raw” installment in a few months, I talk about our website project. Specifically, I am referring to updates with fixing our agency website. As I revealed in Major Content Changes, I have been doing a lot of work behind the scenes.
Tiny changes make a big difference!
My goal is to make our site faster and improving our SEO too. So this is just me following-up on that announcement from last week.
So far I have all of the articles and pages fixed except for our content in Charles Snyder Raw and the 5 Minutes With Charles categories. Of course, I found that there was a problem with all of the “5 Minute” articles and the redirects I created for them. After some investigation, I figured it out and made the appropriate fixes.
However, I found that there were additional problems as I was making those fixes. I noticed as I was making those changes that our SEO score was dropping with nearly 30 of those 51 older articles. So that means that I have my work cut out for me when I do the SEO audit there.
Anyway, my whole point here is that I am Making Progress with the updates and the work continues. But more importantly, we are back to publishing new content again! So all I need now is about three more clones of myself and things will be awesome. One of me to work on the website, another to create new content and the third to work on marketing and sales. Easy-peasy, right?
The best is yet to come!
So as I am writing this, my mind is racing through all of the content I want to create. We have two Marketing Case Studies that need to be completed as well as three newly updated videos for Our Why. Since the beginning of the year, I haven’t done much live-streaming either. OK, maybe I need four clones of myself!
