Because it is our flagship service and it is also the most powerful money-making tool for small businesses there is. Since ROI Ninjas CRM can automate much of your business, setting it up as soon as possible and correctly is critical to your ongoing success.
Also, we know that small business owners are some of the busiest people on this planet. So having a program for them to learn at their own pace when convenient for them is an absolute must. Plus, there’s honestly no better substitute for learning the basics and what our platform is capable of doing for you.
Furthermore, we will be adding other educational products as we create them. For example, our popular Creating Your Bullseye Workshop is available for purchase. Also, we will be adding exclusive content just for our ROI Ninjas CRM Affiliates to help them earn more money.

Essentially, we’re making the lessons modular so that updates will be quick and efficient. Because ROI Ninjas CRM is so critical to running our customers’ businesses, having the most current information is just as critical. So we can make any updates fast with little or no downtime for RNU members.
Also, RNU will continue to grow and evolve along with any corresponding changes and additions to our service offerings. For example, Charles produced more than 500 articles on various topics from SEO to social media and more from 1996 through 2015. Not to mention the 300+ here on our website. Some of that old content could just as readily be added to RNU as supplemental learning courses to help small businesses.

So our first (and currently only) virtual instructor is Charles Snyder, CEO of C. E. Snyder Marketing LLC. During his career as a firefighter, he became a certified fire instructor and a certification evaluator for the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy. However, these are not his only qualifications, he was also a certified coach and evaluator for the federal government.
Charles’ training includes adult education methodology as well as course development and instruction delivery methodology. He also has more than 25+ years of experience as an entrepreneur, a leader, and in online marketing. Additionally, he has also been featured as a presenter at several regional and national-level events.
Additionally, he is a BGIM Certified Advertising Geneius and holds several Meta (Facebook) certifications.

So most of our free or freemium content will end up in the Train Your Brain category of our digital marketing blog. Or at the least, related articles and promotions for the freemium content will have a home there. However, the actual meat and potatoes will reside within RNU.
