By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by this website’s Terms of Service and Conditions of Use, applicable laws and regulations, and their compliance.  But if you disagree with any of the stated terms of service and conditions, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.  Also, the materials contained in this site are secured by relevant copyright and trademark laws.

2. Use License

Permission is allowed, under these terms of service, to temporarily download one duplicate of the materials (data or programming) on C E Snyder Marketing LLC’s site for individual and non-business use only.  However, this is just a permit of license and not an exchange of title, and under this permit, you may not:

9. Refunds

All sales are final. So no refunds will be issued.

10. Terms of Service: Cancelations

Cancellations for all services and third-party resell services must be done in writing no less than 30 days before the effective cancellation date. Because all other terms and conditions made by and agreed to by third-party services must be met prior to cancellation. Also, verbal cancellations and/or cancellations left by voicemail will not be accepted forms of cancellation.
