December 2020 Updates – News & Announcements.
As the last month of a pretty weird year comes to an end, I am reflecting on things. Things that have happened, things that haven’t happened, and things that I want to happen. But this isn’t a regretful rumination of what may or may not be last year or in 2021.

However, let’s look at where we were last year at this time and what we did. Also, we’ll share a little of what is to come next year, but not too much; I’m still a firm believer in talking about was has been accomplished. So first thing first, where were we and how in the world did we get here?
The year in rear view
To put it rather bluntly, 2020 sucks for a lot of small businesses across the United States! But that’s not what this article is all about. Yet it does pretty much sum up the year in general.
So 2020 was supposed to be the year, for us, that we hit a major business milestone. Also, it was going the be the year that Ann and I would finally have our wedding. Additionally, it was going to be the year that she began more actively working with me, building our agency together.
And then COVID happened…
But looking back now, it was a lot worse for far too many people. So the bumpy road for us was minor in comparison. For example, more than 1 million small businesses closed permanently in 2020. It’s a number that the mind has a hard time putting into context.
December 2020 Updates: changes for 2021
Regardless, these updates are to keep you in the loop of where we are at and where we are going. So the main focus has been on the major task of refreshing our content, tweaking our SEO, and sharing the results. But one thing we haven’t done much of is sharing results. That changes in 2021!
So that means, at least for now, there will not be a lot of new content each month as the focus remains on finishing the refresh. However, much of our new content, moving forward, will be very niche-specific. But it’ll still apply to just about any business or industry.
Additionally, the majority of our new content, from now until forever, will only be available through subscription. Even most of that will be free, but you will need to subscribe to our list to receive it by email, etc. So more on that is coming soon.
