March 2022 Updates – News & Announcements.
Looking back on March, it’s kind of like, where did it go so soon? We had a whirlwind of stuff going on almost every day, including a big sale on ROI Ninjas SaaS. Birthday Deal 2022 just ended on Thursday, 31 March 2022 and 50% off of everything has ended as well.
Who isn’t busy?
But realistically, who isn’t busy these days? If you’re a business owner or entrepreneur, you’re busy! If you want to be an entrepreneur or you’re running a side-hustle for extra income, you’re busy! Also, if you have a family, you’re married and have kids, you’re busy! So literally everyone everywhere is busy.
However, how much of your busy life consists of Profit-Producing Activities (PPAs)?
March 2022 Updates: Minding the PPAs
PPAs are what produce results and make you money, directly or indirectly. They move the needle in the right direction for your marketing, advertising, and sales. But what do PPAs look like?
For example, creating content that links to an offer. Or running an online ad campaign to drive leads to your products or services. Also, meeting a potential buyer to discuss a project or anything else you can think of that provides an opportunity for you to make an offer.
This is the very reason why we stopped creating a lot of content. So that we can focus on providing value and creating more opportunities. Also, what goes hand-in-hand with that is helping more people with viable solutions to their problems.
Several small misses and two big hits!
Switching gears, back to the whole busy thing, March was a busy one for us (of course). We ran a big sale and got zero leads from our advertising campaign. The first campaign was active for a few days, but the response was slow at best. But when we ran forecast projections, our ad performance was dismal!
So we dropped back, did a punt, and revised the ad targeting and ad copy. But the second version of the ad was a step in the right direction, yet not great. Our projections were predicting a profit, but the margin was still looking thinner than truck-stop sandwich meat. So we ran a third version too.
However, the moral of the story is that almost no ad campaigns produce home runs on the first take. But they do set you up for success if you keep on trying. Such as two potential clients we are in negotiations with now that came indirectly from our past-month promotion!
March 2022 Updates: A few more accomplishments
March was also filled with the usual updates and security patches for our website, ROI Ninjas CRM, and the forthcoming ROI Ninjas University. Not the least of which has been working on more speed improvements for both of the platforms.
Another seemingly innocuous change is ROI Ninjas SaaS to ROI Ninjas CRM. It may seem innocent enough, but the amount of changes throughout all of our web assets is mind-numbing. But that isn’t exactly your headache either. So the moral of the story is that in the coming weeks, we’ll be working on those changes throughout our website and so on.
Last but not least, we are coming to the end of a major project in the next few weeks. So we will of course be dedicating some more time to make updates, upgrades, and content creation too. And there will be some fire too, but more on that later.
