Small Business Saturday
Small Business Saturday
Small Business Saturday – My Personal Brand #12. Now, this is a day that I can really get behind and support. A day that celebrates the “Mom & Pop” shops in every city and town across the United States. So today, Saturday, November 30, 2019, marks the 10th anniversary of this special day.

I’m honored to serve you!
Every time you buy a pizza from a local shop or purchase a set of tires from the local garage, you’re making an impact. An impact on your local community that may have bigger implications than you think. For example, an estimated 67 cents of every dollar stays local when you shop small.
The Noise-Makers Movement is small biz
We all have our favorite local spots that we cannot live without. Cafes, pizzerias, barbers, salons, gyms, florists, garages, etc. However, from 1996 through 2016, fewer small businesses have opened. And according to the Small Business Administration, 2 out of 3 of those businesses fail.
Starting a small business takes guts. You need passion, determination, and vision to keep going when things are tough. But you also need support, expertise, and skills to succeed. So my hat is off in deep respect for all of you that do make it.
Since there is no such thing as a team of one, my team and I are honored to be of service to you. That is why the Noise-Makers Movement is all about small businesses and you. I believe that together we can make a difference that matters and has a positive impact.
How to participate
From eating local to remodeling your kitchen, there is a place for everyone in the Noise-Makers Movement. And with a growing number of small businesses joining our movement and the Marketing Ninja Weekly Kicks Club, it’s easier than ever. Here’s how you can make a difference:
- Not a business owner? That’s OK, you can support our local members anyway. Remember, using local businesses supports local economic growth and keeps more money in your community.
- Business owners, you can help your local community help you by joining our movement and the MNWK Club. Each week we will help you by teaching marketing and sales skills.
- Members helping members. You can even help and get help with other members, using each other products and services. So as our movement grows, so too will the variety of support and opportunities.
