Say Goodbye Quora – Charles Snyder Raw #114.  Since I’m seeing between 15 and 20 answers deleted on Quora this past week, I’m done with them.  I have contacted them to get an explanation as to why those posts were deleted and they have yet to respond.  So I’m not wasting any more time on that platform, because my only priority is running my agency.

Quora has become a “den of iniquity”

My reasons are becoming many, but here is some background information.  Within the past 18 months, I have noticed a progressively draconian leaning on Quora favoring socialism, fascism, and lies. Particularly when it comes to anything about the U.S. and the constitution.

I have also witnessed growing censorship of conservative and Christian viewpoints as well.  That’s not even mentioning all of the anti-American, anti-gun, racist, and woman-demeaning crap I’m seeing on there too.  You know, the bullshit they SHOULD be moderating (but don’t)!

We have more important things to do

So after a few days of thinking about the problem, I’ve decided that it simply isn’t worth our time and effort.  Although we have recently obtained our 100th follower on Quora, the amount of traffic coming from there isn’t worth it.  I posted over 300 answers on there so far, but within the past two weeks, some of them are now disappearing.

But I’m also seeing now that we are not the only ones having trouble with Quora.  As I was putting the finishing touches on this video, a variety of different people having the same problem appeared.  So maybe there should be some comfort in knowing we’re not alone.  Or maybe it’s sad that more than a few people are fed up with them?

Say Goodbye Quora: it’s (not) been real!

So yes we are leaving Quora!  We have more than 5,000 followers on other platforms and the numbers keep growing.  However, we do encourage our Quora followers to keep sending us questions, jut not on that website.
