Life Happens

Hey, I know you are no stranger to Life Happens.  Unfortunately, neither am I.  It has been a very hectic two weeks, but I will not bore you with the details.  We all have busy lives, so let me cut right to the good news and bad news.

The bad news is that we continue to experience some rather annoying issues with our client area of our website.  Which has nothing to do with me making more 5 Minutes With Charles videos, other than time.  Quite honestly, there have been issues for nearly a year and our vendor has been dropping the ball.  Repeatedly.  So enough is enough, I have fired them!

But what does that have to do with you?

First, I won’t be wasting a lot of time on the phone and making no progress.  My top priority is to create more content that helps people like you with your marketing efforts.  And I cannot achieve that spending several hours a day getting nowhere with a program that simply does not perform.

Second and just as important, I do not want our customers to have to deal with any of the problems.  In other words, I don’t want the shitty service we have been getting to spill over to any of our customers.  But it already has and for that I am furious.

Lastly, the client area of our website is just not used all that often.  It was there for when life happens.  But as a result of us working hard so you don’t have to deal with those headaches, the client area is pretty much a ghost town.  It just doesn’t get used all that often, so we are shutting it down.

Anyway, over the weekend I will start recording some more videos and planning a new series!  SEO Boot Camp has been one of our most popular series of articles over the past 3 years.  So much so that we continue to see a lot of website traffic for it every day.  So look for an announcement on that soon (I’ll probably mention it on one of the 5 Minutes With Charles episodes).

PLEASE NOTE: The “5 Minute With Charles” video series ended with the 50th episode on Charles’ 50th birthday. Coincidence? So anyway, we retired them in favor of our new 1 Minute Marketing Tips and Charles Snyder Raw series of articles and videos.
