Training Tuesday Nuggets – Charles Snyder Raw #49.  Since I’ve spent most of the day learning, it’s getting late. So I’m taking a break for a few minutes to create my latest article and video.  Would you like to know what my latest episode is all about?

Today I talk about a few things on my mind as well as sharing some more thoughts about the latest Facebook scandal. But more importantly, I’m up to my eyebrows in learning this afternoon. So to be honest, I haven’t gotten much else done today.

What’s on my agenda for the week

First of all, I am behind schedule (again) after a busy weekend. So even though I’ve been getting my learning on all day, I’ll be working well into the night. This also has me thinking more about our aggressive content creation schedule too. But more on that later when I come up with a clear plan for moving forward.

So if I can be honest with you for a minute, this daily posting of one or more videos was only to jump-start things. When I transformed my company from web design and hosting, we retired most of the original content. As a result, there simply wasn’t much content on our new website.

Since 2016, our production was focused mainly on getting videos published. However, this still left a giant hole as far as content that could be indexed by search engines. I know this isn’t a very good situation for us either, but something was better than nothing.

Training Tuesday Nuggets: the takeaway

Finally, as I have the time to go back through our blog, I am fleshing out the articles for each of the videos. As you can likely imagine, this is a very time-consuming process. But I know that I need to start fixing it.

Anyway, the moral of my story is that is why I am seriously looking at ending our 5 Minutes With Charles articles and videos. I want to deep-dive into more practical things such as marketing case studies and webinars. But therein is another that will serve our audience better.
