Monday Marketing Updates – Charles Snyder Raw #56. After a crappy weekend and an even crappier Monday morning, I’m back to work this afternoon. So please allow me to be honest with you. I’ve been sick all weekend and I’ve had a killer headache. And I did nothing.
But I feel better now.
Today, I will be working on the 50th Episode Special of 5 Minutes With Charles since I didn’t finish over the weekend. So I am hoping to have that finished either today or tomorrow. And I will publish that video with an article as soon as I can.
So now it’s time for me to get back to work!
First of all, if you’re like me when you get sick, there’s not a lot of work getting done. Since that is the nature of the beast being a small agency, the responsibility falls on me to make it work. Or to change it if I need to. But if you’re also like me, hiring some staff members right now isn’t in the budget.
Ann helps out where and when she can, but the responsibility is all mine. As a result, I must also look at hiring at least an assistant in the near future. But more on that later when our agency sales merit such a cost.
Anyway, today’s episode is more about me getting stuff done and of course to #MakeShitHappen. So I’m discussing getting back on schedule after a rather crappy weekend. Since I’m feeling better, even if I am still fighting a nasty headache.
In conclusion, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, our businesses are our responsibility. When a need goes unfulfilled, it is our job to figure out how to make it work. So right now, I need to get back to work!
