Focus On Your Customers
Focus On Your Customers
Focus On Your Customers โ Charles Snyder Raw #57.ย People sometimes ask me why itโs so easy for me to make so much content. Also, they seem to think that I can simply crank out content at will. But the reality is that itโs not always easy for me to produce and I have to work at it.
Problem, solution.
So whenever Iโm stuck, I simply focus on what my customers want to know.ย Since I have started doing that, content comes much easier, and more people are following my agency.ย I believe 80% of our content needs to be focused on helping our audience and 20% asking for the sale.
Find a problem and fix it!
First and foremost, itโs just as easy as that! All you have to do is think about or ask your audience what they want to know. So all you are doing is finding out what their pain points are and then creating content that fixes those problems.
Some people call it โproblem and solutionโ and Iโve referred to it as โpain and pain relief.โ So it doesnโt matter what you want to call it. Just find something that is a lot of stress for your audience. Then all you need to do is make it an easy win for them.
Focus On Your Customers, the rest is cake!
Since I started using this simple formula, thinking of ideas for content is no longer an issue. My reality now is that I have to sift through a mountain of ideas and topics. Which at times can also be annoying, but I know itโs far better than having no ideas at all.
Last but not least, I sometimes hear or see people talking about the ratio of helpful content versus promotional content. So this one is pretty easy for me too; I try to stick to about 80% helpful and 20% promotional content. Since this is also something that you rarely hear the โgurusโ talking about.
