Earning Website Backlinks – Charles Snyder Raw #129. So here I am trying to get back on track with our content schedule. Since I am still a little behind, I am taking another question sent to us indirectly. But thanks to Charles for the question, because it is a valid one.
You got to earn them.
So Charles wants to know:
“How can I get backlinks for [my website]?”
First thing is first Charles, I like your name! You sound smart, educated and successful like some other people I know by that name. And just to let you know, your question was referred to us, because we have answered similar questions before. So let’s dive right in, shall we?
The nitty-gritty of getting more links
As I say in this video and others, the operative word there is EARNING those backlinks. Since that means there’s work involved, I can almost see some people cringing already. But Google recommends building links the right way, to relevant content that your readers may find useful.
So despite what some “gurus” say, Google is top dog when it comes to search engines. Maybe it’s just a good idea to follow their rules…
In any case, I share with you that there are many ways of earning those highly-coveted backlinks. You even mention a few of them on your website such as guest blogging, coaching, etc. There is definitely value in all of those ways of building more links to your website.
But the one idea I talk about most in the video is the one that I see so few ever mention anywhere else. Answer questions from your potential audience, find their pain, and fix it. So this is the very same problem-solution scenario we use for our content creation efforts.
Earning Website Backlinks: some resources
In conclusion, as I state above, I have been sharing ideas about this topic for some time. Here are a few links to more about earning more links:

And to make matters worse, inquiries about the anonymous censorship that goes on there have yet to see any reply. Since that is the case, I will continue to help others, I just won’t be wasting my time on that website. So Say Goodbye Quora!
