Content Production Updates – Charles Snyder Raw #51. So today I wanted to talk about something other than Facebook. Instead, I will share some of my thoughts about our video production. Specifically, I am thinking about putting the 5 Minutes With Charles videos on pause.
What to leave in, what to leave out…
Since the beginning of the year, I have talked about other kinds of videos and webinars. But there simply aren’t enough hours in the day to work on all the content that I want to right now. Additionally, my focus has to be mostly on growing my agency.
Reorganizing my priorities
First, as I have hinted at here and there, I want to make something official. My number one priority for my agency, moving forward, is now marketing and sales. I have admittedly neglected this aspect of my business ever since I have started rebuilding it.
Secondly, the content and style of my “5 Minutes” and “Raw” video series are very similar. Also, because I have been trying to create a lot more of both series, I haven’t been writing full articles until much later. So I find myself creating a lot of similar content far too often.
Content Production Updates: in summary
No more! I am committing to growing my agency first and foremost. So in order for me to do that, I must eliminate some of the other demands on my time. Thus my reason for pausing and perhaps discontinuing my 5 Minutes With Charles series entirely.
Lastly, I will keep the old series up on our agency blog and eventually get around to writing full articles. However, in the course of writing this article (after the fact), I have decided that the “5 Minute” series will end with the 50th Episode Special – 5 Minutes With Charles #50.
