Collecting Quality Backlinks
Collecting Quality Backlinks
Collecting Quality Backlinks – Charles Snyder Raw #91. First, let me just say that we see this kind of question at least a dozen or more times a week. So what I mean is it seems that there is a great deal of misunderstanding when it comes to SEO and link-building. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel if you are one of the unsure.

It takes a four-letter word: W-O-R-K!
But first, here’s the original question:
“How do I collect [high-quality] backlinks for SEO?”
Jackson
Answers that leave you with more questions
Since I have answered this sort of question many times, many ways; I’m taking a different approach today. In fact, I see so very little of practical short-term solutions, that’s where I am going in this episode. Finally, I also add a small dose of reality in my response for good measure.
But that’s not to say that Jackson’s question isn’t a legitimate one. I’m just saying that most of the answers that people get to this sort of question leaves a lot to be desired. Otherwise, people wouldn’t still be looking for answers and a better way to make it happen.
Collecting Quality Backlinks: you earn them
First, you start by creating great content that people want to see, read, or hear. The better your content is, the easier it will be to get those elusive links in the long run. But it’s all about developing relationships and partnerships with the people that can give you those links.
Secondly, this goes hand-in-hand with building relationships; you have to have brand awareness. So the problem is if no one knows you exist, the problem is that no one knows that you exist. You must hustle and get your public relations on in order to let people know about your content, etc.
Last but not least, I also cover using marketing to raise awareness or brand-building. For example, our agency runs brand awareness campaigns that have gotten our company seen over 1,000,000 times on Facebook alone. So you definitely need to get your name, your brand and your content out there for people to find.
PLEASE NOTE: I no longer answer questions like Collecting Quality Backlinks on Quora. There are no checks and balances in place for the rampant censorship by some moderators. And to make matters worse, inquiries about the anonymous censorship that goes on there have yet to see any reply. Since that is the case, I will continue to help others, I just won’t be wasting my time on that website. So Say Goodbye Quora!
