Leveraging Your Content
Leveraging Your Content
Leveraging Your Content – 5 Minutes With Charles #7. Since 1999, there seems to be a lot of anxiety about business blogging. Small business owners, like you, seek ways to quickly and easily create more content. But the reality is that it doesn’t have to be all that complicated.

It’s all about the Google love!
So here’s the scoop; you know you need to create content, right? Well blogging for your business doesn’t have to be a chore. Also, you’re probably already sitting on some great content for your business.
You just have to get creative
For example, do you already have a brochure about your business? What about something for your products or services? Maybe you have run some ads in the past; do you have the ad copy and any images or video that are related in nature?
When you get right down to it, there are a lot things that you probably already have that you can re-purpose for your business blog. However, you are only limited by your own creativity. So get thinking outside the box about how you can leverage all the stuff you most likely already have.
Take a look around and try to find ways to create blog posts about it. But don’t stop there, try to find at least three ways to blog about that brochure or business card you may have. Also, don’t be afraid to dip into your customer service records; find a common issue and blog about it!
Leveraging Your Content: driving traffic
So when you get better at creating more ideas for your business blog, you will eventually get to the point where ideas are not a problem. Because the more you get better at coming up with ideas for topics, the easier it is. But you still have to find the time to write all that copy.
However, you can even become more efficient at copywriting as well. So as the saying goes, the more you use your skills, the better you will be. Since this holds true for business blogging too, it just takes some practice. Hang in there, you’ll get much better at it.
Additionally, creating more content is just good for your blog and website. More pages and posts means more search engines spidering your website. So more indexed pages and posts means you’ll also have a lot more traffic!
